With this goal in mind, we are excited to announce the newest member of our team, Leon Zugman. He will join us as a growth marketer.

About Leon

Leon earned degrees in Business Administration, big data, and market intelligence from the Federal University of Parana and FAE University in Brazil.

He has been working in the digital marketing field for five years, during which time he successfully launched his own info product agency. Leon then worked with some of Brazil's top digital marketing firms, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.

At leadlovers, Leon identified growth opportunities for the company. He increased Customer Life Time by 266% and reduced Google Ads CAC by 81%.

Leon brings unique skills, knowledge, and experience to our team. He will be managing marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients and developing strategies for:

• Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals.
• Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business.
• Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
• Identifying growth opportunities for the company and our clients.

Leon's Personal Background

Leon donates 10% of his income to several organizations and NGOs in his free time. He is happiest when playing sports. Leon hopes to one day run a marathon and do a triathlon.
